World Heritage sites in India latest list , orderly arranged

The General Conference of UNESCO,  held on 16 November 1972 adopted a resolution called 'Convention concerning the protection of the World Cultural and Natural Heritage' under which the properties of outstanding values are listed. Currently, there are 1113 properties inscribed on the UNESCO World Heritage list and 38 of which are in India alone.
